Better used as a coaster! App never worked Therefore wouldn't sync

The device is acceptable manufactured. Very little instructions on how to use the device. Its trail and error trying to figure out what writing the device will convert from ink to text. Once converted to text there is no way to change back to ink. Disappointed that Ill have to pay monthly for the ability to convert from ink to text after 3 month trail period is over. You can write a page of notes, then attempt to convert it to text, but one little item can prevent the conversion from happening. Youll have no idea what hand writing prevented the conversion. There are no instructions explaining how to send a page of captured notes to OneNote. I had to experiment with getting it to work. I would not have purchased this product if I would have been allowed by my teacher to take notes directly on my laptop during class. For taking notes in class, a laptop with an active stylus would have been better.

Though we havent had it long, I bought this for my adult son for Christmas and he LOVES it. It is everything it said it was going to be. Easy set up. I am thinking of getting one for my husband. My son said it was amazing to be able to edit his notes in PDF text!

Please be aware the product may work very well with ipad's, unfortunately cannot complete the set up process if you use an android device. Reading online and Wacom are unable or unwilling to resolve as many people have the same issue. My advise would be to return the product and find an alternative, as I am doing.

Difficult to set up - I gave up in the end and returned it
