The webcam arrived within 3 days and was packed very well. I have Windows 7 and the install took about 2 mins. The video works well and has various resolution settings. The software also has limited special effects features. The only low mark with the camera is attachment to a monitor. I had to use some tape to keep the clip from moving. A cheap fix is to add a spring to make sure it stays closed.

I had never bought a used autos on Amazon this is a great deal and I couldn't pass it up I've had it now for a few months and have had no problem whatsoever when camming and making videos I absolutely recommend.

I like the color. It worked great for 2 months then the pic is now blurry. I can use it for voice but not for picture.
