Der Philips Series 5000 HD9395/90 ist ein solider, doppelwandiger Wasserkocher mit schönem Design und großem Fassungsvermögen von 1,7 Litern. Der größte Vorteil ist die Sicherheit: Die Außenseite wird nicht heiß, was besonders mit Kindern im Haus praktisch ist. Die Innenseite ist aus Edelstahl, daher hygienisch und leicht zu reinigen. Das Wasser kocht schnell und bleibt lange warm. Es gibt aber auch Nachteile: Der Deckel funktioniert nicht gut, der Wasserkocher ist schwer und der Wasserstand ist schwer abzulesen. Das Kabel ist außerdem kurz. Wer einen einfachen, sicheren Wasserkocher für den täglichen Gebrauch sucht, ist hier richtig, sollte aber keine Zusatzfunktionen wie Temperaturregelung erwarten.

One of the rare kettles that is almost completely stainless steel inside, can leak some water out the sides of the lid if you pour it too fast, but used with some awareness it's a great kettle.
