It is a great product good solid build obviously the body and lid gets hot the last jug kettle i had from Dualite the body was covered so it didn't get hot

Very nice. Not cheap but excellent quality and purchased it as able to replace parts in the future so hopefully it will last a long time

Amazing, so happy with this. The product is sturdy, well made and aesethically pleasing. The chrome and copper complements my new kitchen perfectly. No odour or odd taste once boiled. 10/10

We have had dualit accessories for years and have had very few problems So far we have not been disappointed with this one
