The water level indicator is obscured by the handle and therefore is difficult to seed how much water is in the kettle. The kettle lid is on the small side and makes it difficult to fill from a tap and therefore has to be filled using a jug. Not really suitable for a person with poor visibility. Apart from that it is alright.

One of the best electric kettles i have ever used, well pleased with this product, value for money, I suppose you get what you pay for and it's a good brand .
