Hoka One One M Speedgoat 6 Gtx Washed Blue / Asphalt Grey Washed Blue / Asphalt Grey 42,5

Wore these on a in-and-out overnight hiking trip (even made sure to break them in a bit beforehand with a few short hikes) and I was practically limping by the 5th mile because my arch was hurting so bad. The shoe is surprisingly stiff, and the cushion and support has decreased significantly compared to its predecessor, the speedgoat 5. Would not recommend.

Runs small! I Usually go to a size 9, in an older model. I had to return to a size 9.5 and that was still too small! I gave up and went with another brand shoe. I do like this model, but this one ran super small. I believe they also have a Speedgoat 7 but I'm going to guess that it's prob going to run small as well. So if you are going to get them, size at least 1/2 size to a full size up!

I typically wear a women's 10 wide. I have tried about 10 models of Hokas and find they run very narrow and short so I've tried a few mens models. A men's 9 to 9 wide worked in the Transport GTX for me so I tried a 9 wide in this shoe but could barely get my foot in it.

I loved the design, but the comfort level was not there for a Hoka.

Super comfy & great for technical courses/a variety of terrains.
