Rode WS6 Deluxe Windschutz / Pop-Filter

Es muss nicht immer Rycote sein. Für mein Rode NTG2 seit Jahren im Einsatz - filtert Windgeräusche zuverlässig weg, fusselt nicht und war angemessen im Preis!

I saw all of these great reviews and I bought the windshield thinking it would CUT wind noise, but it did not at all cut wind noise like I thought it would. I dont think I could be using it wrong. I tried sliding the shield forward slightly and all of this stopped nothing. I was in very light wind conditions and it did not help as much as I had hoped. It destroyed most of my audio. I was glad that I was able to cover most of the noise up with the music under the video. Disappointed because I really wanted this option to work. I used it on a Rode NTG4+.

I was hopeful when I saw several folks like this. Today was a windy day, perhaps gusts to 35mph. Figured it would be a reasonable test. Certainly not useful in gusty conditions as these. For a light, breezy day, probably fine. Hard to say where the line is drawn for this wind shield.

habe da etwas die empfindlichkeit des richtrohrs unterschätzt. also der rode ws6 schützt nur bei ganz leichtem wind. werde wohl dann doch auf die blimp-variante umschwenken.

Kills most harsh winds and has helped us move faster on run and gun tough condition shoots. worth every penny and fits snuggly on our Rode NTG2.
