Der Yamaha A-S501 Silber ist ein integrierter Stereo-Verstärker mit zwei Kanälen und einer Dauerleistung von 2x 85 Watt an 8 Ohm. Das Gerät bietet 8 analoge und digitale Audioeingänge, einen Subwoofer-Ausgang und einen Kopfhörerausgang. Der Frequenzbereich reicht von 10 Hz bis 100 kHz, und der Signal-Rausch-Abstand beträgt 99 dB. Das Gehäuse misst etwa 43,5 cm in der Breite, 15,1 cm in der Höhe und 38,7 cm in der Tiefe und wiegt 10,3 kg.

Bought to replace my old Yamaha AX396 that finally bit the dust after 27 years of faithful service. I thought my old amp was good, but the AS501 takes it to a new level. The sound is excellent, I use it in pure direct mode and I'm now hearing things in tracks I'd never heard before. It's excellent. I play mainly vinyl and CD's, but I have also plugged in my old Bluetooth adaptor and that also sounds great. If you're like me, and have done your research and thinking of getting one - do it, you won't be disappointed. My application is a Rega P1 turntable with the new carbon pro stylus, Sony 300 cd changer, pioneer CD player, Esinkin Bluetooth receiver and Wharfedale Denton 80th speakers.

Ja, was soll man sagen. Ich war am Anfang ein wenig stutzig über die vielen positiven Bewertungen. Aber ich muss sagen das Teil hat ausreichend Bums, die Klangeinstellungen sind für mich perfekt, mehr brauche ich nicht. Ich bin old school eingestellt und somit ein reiner Stereohörer und mit meinen Teufel Theater 500 und diesem Verstärker vollstens zufrieden. Alles andere mit5.2 oder wie das ganze zeugs heißt, interessiert mich nicht die Bohne. Der Klang ist schon bei geringer Lautstärke sehr gut, ohne das man am Höhen oder Bassregler was verstellen muss. Das Klangerlebnis ist bei jedem anderst, deshalb kann ich nur für mich sprechen. Für mich sieht der 501 so genial einfach und billig aus.....das gefällt mir! Und wenn jetzt jemand schreibt, kein Bluetooth, zu wenig digitale Anschlüsse....das weiß man vorher und ist kein Abzug in der der Sterne-Bewertungen wert. Ich hoffe nur das die Qualität passt und lange hält.

Hab ihn seit gut 5 Jahren im Einsatz. Läuft ohne Probleme, wird nicht warm und hat ordentlich Leistung. Von Klang will ich garnicht sprechen, Verstärker sollen nicht klingen, sie sollen verstärken. Und das macht er sehr gut!

I popped into Richer Sounds, Cardiff looking for an amplifier and the team there were brilliant, really helpful in running me through the best options to complement my home system. I ended up going with the excellent Yamaha AS501. It's a fantastic amplifier with really nice midrange clarity and has excellent power so can drive even more difficult speakers. It does a great job driving my Mission 702e speakers and Klipsch R100 sub, it really has brought out the best from my system them. I've never heard it sounding so good. I must thank the team in Cardiff for the time they spent with me running me through the best options.
