Xiaomi Dvb4348gl Wlan-repeater

Received the router today only to be disappointed that it did not come with a US power cord. I was able to work around that as it used the same type of power cord as my old router. Before powering it on, I plugged in my LAN cables only to have them keep falling out. There was nothing gripping the cables. I moved it lower so there was less tension and they would stay in. Once everything was on I connected to the wireless network and was only pulling down 50mbps on a 100mbps network connection. I checked the LAN speed in the app which told me my line speed was only 16mbps. Connecting my laptop directly into the Verizon ONT it tested 108mbps. I reconnected and tried again with the same result. Firmware was up to date meaning this router, while cheap and promising wireless AC, could not deliver anything close. Purchased an Asus router instead which is showing the correct speeds without my cables falling out.
