To have a Flash Drive with USB3.0 cuts out waiting around when transferring data, which you always do if you are talking flash drives. Another excellent feature of this product is the access you get to downloading s/w when activating the warranty. Excellent product.

This 8GB USB comes at a great price. It is packaged perfectly and has a solid feel to the memory stick itself. Transfer rates were very fast over USB3 and USB2. I will purchase this item again.
