This Product is failing and does not appear or get detected in all windows systems. this model has some firmware issues

The USB heats up, and as it heats up, its performance degrades. It gets hot from the moment I plug it into the computer. I didn't expect it to be this bad.

unable to install password on this usb stick why not just throw in a direct link to the right program ? or put the program itself on the usb stick ? with every program i installed among others WD Security and SanDisk Security but the programs do not recognise the stick ? i hope for a solution, thanks

I purchased the 128gb stick and when checked it's properties it said 114gb available 1.65mb used. I returned to JB HIFI and they swapped it over, only to get another 128gb stick with only 114gb of space. 14gb is a lot of space and this is false advertising, very unhappy.

i tried installing the software and when i pressed on the "install san disk software it led me to a useless website that didnt help me at all.
