SanDisk Ultra Luxe 1 Tb Usb-stick

I bought this exclusively for fast writes. On a usb 3.0 port it still doesn't reach higher than 15MB/s. Very disappointed.

Very nice, stable, goog metal cover. Speed info need to be more clarified (as it is hidden somehow) [16GB-32GB] Read speeds up to 150MB/s, [64GB] Read speeds up to 300MB/s (my dongle is ~230MB/s, that is OK) [128GB - 1TB] Read speeds up to 400MB/s

I've owned two of these, and at this point both are broken. The first one I got broke under warranty so I got another one, but the second one is now stuck in read-only mode. It's super hot, and super slow. If you're only reading data from it, it's fine, but if you're trying to write data to it, good luck. It gets super hot and it is super slow. It gets so hot to the point where it becomes uncomfortable to touch. This heat is probably what killed the second one, the flash likely just degraded under the heat to the point where it decided it didn't want to work anymore and is now a sad little reminder of my wasted money. I bought it a long time ago when it was cheaper, don't spend your money on this. It might seem fast but after you write maybe 2gb to it the speed drops to like 10MB/sec, literally slower than older USB 2.0 drives. extremely disappointing.

The SanDisk Ultra Flair 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive delivers excellent performance. File transfers are fast and smooth, especially when moving large files, thanks to the USB 3.0 speed. The metal casing feels solid and durable, giving confidence that the drive is well protected during daily use. Its compact design makes it easy to carry around without taking up much space. Overall, this is a reliable and efficient flash drive that offers great value for money. I would highly recommend it for everyday storage, backups, and quick file transfers.

Tends to run quite hot when transferring large amounts of data. i.e. folders with many hi-res photos.
