These are old school flash drives you use for OS installs , not sure how it would last if you did multiple writes to it . I would buy it for that reason, also extremely slow.

I think this is a very good product, working very well

tl;dr: the drive is great if you are copying large files onto it and mostly will just read those files afterwards, e.g. movie/music files plugged into a TV. If you want to store documents that you'll be editing, it'll start to suck and if you have any large files like zip files that you intend to edit/change, it will be really bad. I tested this drive with diskspd for sequential and random access. Results: Sequential: 10MB/s write; 36MB/s read - that's fine for write and good for read. Random access: 0MB/s write; 8MB/s read - actually good random read and essentially unusable random writes. I still give it 5 stars because it's a cheap USB 2.0 flash drive, these results are fine for what it is.

What a Brilliant product. It works so well and for the price as well. I bought three of them! They all work great. I use two of them for work and one of them for movies and downloaded entertainment to watch on my TV and I can say after testing them well that they work great and it is definitely something I would purchase again. Bought this for my Mum. She uses these for movies in the Tv. She Loves it and is thinking of purchasing a few more. They have so much of space and work great in media devices. Also a really solid built device!
