The quality of he product is dissapointing, the TV is sluggish in operation, and the remote is not very great and very basic, not a smart remote

The interface is slow to respond to clicks on the remote. Also, the internet antena is bad, worse than the antena on my Android phone from 2024 (tested on the Analiti app), so I constantly get loading spinners while watching things on it.
