I spent all this money, and all this effort hanging the tv on the wall just for the edges of the screen to come out rippled. We were extra cautious when unboxing and hanging, so I have no idea why this happened. Super disappointed.

Like many others I, unfortunately, received a defective item. You can briefly see in the video I attached that there are purple lines waving across the top with dots. Stays that way all the time. Really sucks because the tv is super nice. Wish this wasn’t the case. Have to give a bad review because it’s honestly wild to me that people are so careless with these items. Box was also damaged. It’s a tv guys, would you carelessly handle it if it were coming to your house/out of your pockets???

Pulled it out of the box using 3 people to ensure safety of the T.V. Plugged it in before doing anything else and the power indicator turns red so the TV has power, but no picture would display on the screen and it would stay black/blank. I tried everything in the book, unplugging appliances, plugging it in a new outlet, tested the original outlet where the TV would go, used an extension cord, tried all the troubleshooting steps, checking the circuit breakers, you name it. Super frustrating waiting a week and planning a time to be home to sign for the TV just for it to not work 1 hour of it arriving to my home. Sat on the phone with amazon for 47 minutes to be put on hold for 40 of those minutes and then get hung up on. I call a second time and again, I get put on hold for 32 minutes and then finally get routed to a person that was able to help me. The replacement will take another week to get here so I’ll update this review if the next TV works.

Unfortunately, the TV arrived with a broken screen as well as it wasn’t in a normal Samsung box.
