The Frame is used in a room with a lot of windows, the matte screen works great for eliminating light reflections without impacting the 4K image and the display is sufficiently bright to work well in the fully daylight illuminated room. The display connects to the separate smart TV control box by a thin, almost invisible cable that provides power, video, and audio which makes it great for wall mounting and placement of the control box elsewhere. Very satisfied with our purchase.

Constantly cuts out when no other tv’s in our house do. Remote has a mind of its own when trying to select apps; jumps to a different app than one you are trying to select.

This has been a great purchase...love the mounted look on our wall, and has a great clear picture and is relatively easy to operate (I am not a tech person at all). Highly recommended!
