Samsung 55QN90C Neo QLED Smart TV (55 Zoll/138 cm, UHD 4K, 120Hz, HDR10+, Dolby Atmos, NeoSlim)

We were delighted with the purchase at first. The picture and the clarity were great. By the second Monday of owning it, the TV wouldn't turn on, nothing. Called Samsung, that was no help. Called PC Richard and Amazon customer service and they took the TV back without incident. TIP: keep the packaging for at least a month after buying any TV in case you have to send it back. The seller wanted the TV back in the original box. Its a royal pain but keeping the box saved us.

I'm not happy with this TV at all. When I change channels, what's called refreshing, it's so slow, I can make a sandwich by the time it connects. I've fiddled with settings and it's on the fastest one. It's not a fault with my cable company. It's this model. My old TV could change channels lickety split but not this one. And if I use an app like You Tube or Net Flix, the refresh time is so slow, I often lose patience. I'd suggest a different TV. Wish I had known before I purchased. Not one review mentioned this problem.

Highly recommend getting the sound bar from Samsung. It seamlessly fits with the TV without second control. The picture is great. There is one step above this OLED, but have really seen one/

I had to order two TVs the first one came and I could not calibrate the color correctly… Then I ordered another one to replace it same one and it came with a crack screen. Not the product maybe the shipping I don’t know I ordered one locally and same TV, and we absolutely love it

This is my husband's tv and he loves it. The color and picture is really nice, a big improvement over his old tv. It did take a little while to set it up because you have to sign into Samsung. But, once we got that figured out, everything works great!
