2 years ago I purchased a 49" Dell monitor (which I complained about (mildly) and had my review deleted by Dell) but have since switched to this TV as my primary monitor. I could not be happier. I wish it has HDMI 2.1 (research this significant issue before you buy) but otherwise I am THRILLED w/ my purchase. I've already purchased another for my son and will buy 5+ more for my personnel. Great product.

The Samsung Q60A is a decent TV overall. It provides good visibility in bright rooms, which is great for watching TV shows or sports. However, it has pretty narrow viewing angles, so it's not the best for watching with a big group in a wide seating arrangement. It has incredibly low input lag for gaming and use as a PC monitor, but its 60Hz refresh rate, somewhat slow response time, and lack of variable refresh rate support might disappoint some people. Unfortunately, while it has an excellent contrast ratio and a great color gamut, it doesn't have local dimming and doesn't get bright enough to deliver a true HDR movie experience.

The sound is awful. How can a $40 bt speaker sound so much better than a $600 tv? The remote would be loved by iphone users but nobody else. Picture quality is just ok. I can see why the price of tv's has gone down recently. The quality has too.
