Bought this yesterday. Easy set up but the picture quality is very dark and fuzzy not HD for sure. I called Samsung this morning and they walked me through set up and master reboot . Nothing changed so I will be returning it unfortunately

My first ever Samsung TV and my biggest mistake. The tv stopped working within the worst week and that should have been my biggest clue but they offered to replace it so I was okay. The replacement tv stopped working within the 1st month but I was out of the return window but still had warranty so they sent tech to repair it for free. Now, AGAIN I have the same problem but out of warranty. Please please please do yourself a favor and don’t buy Samsung EVER.

A mere 16 months after purchasing for $3,020.00, no power. Standby light is out. Of course TV is out of warranty. Samsung TVs - pure garbage. Do not buy.

TV died 13 months after purchase. Power failure. Thank goodness I bought from Costco and their 5 year warranty. This will be the last Samsung tv I will ever buy.

Something with the power board has now broken twice and thankfully it’s within the year warranty so we cn get it fixed otherwise we’d be in the hole. They won’t extend the warranty to a year after replacement dat either so we will not be buying Samsung again.
