Picture on movies during night scenes or during darker scenes is extremely dark . We can't see what is going on. Customer service insists nothing is wrong and blames the quality on the movies themselves. Called twice - same response. Very disappointed as my old tv was Samsung and was able to watch the same movies without any issues

Excellent picture after a bit of adjustment to suit Our taste, no reflection on the screen. The sound is better with a sound bar however I have not been able to sync the Samsung remote to the volume on my non Samsung soundbar also the sky box is hit and miss to control with the Samsung remote, easier to use the sky remote. So that’s three remotes I need. Perhaps I need to read or watch the user guide again. I sure a kid would have it sorted out in minutes

Good quality picture and sound. No instruction book, have not found one on screen yet. Difficult to find what is required. Frequent failure of sound and/or picture due to “no signal”. Annoying information panels linger on screen frequently.

Very easy to set up, just plug and go. The hardest part was putting the stand together. Great picture and sound.
