Der Samsung GQ55LS03AAU ist ein 55-Zoll-Fernseher mit 4K-Auflösung, QLED-Panel und etwa 120 Hz Bildwiederholrate. As with many reviewers here my remote failed just after the 1 year warranty was up. After going through the guides on resetting and pairing the remote again (known issue) the remote will not connect. I contacted customer support and was answered quickly by Zeeshan. I walked to through the same troubleshooting I had already done several times and got the same result, the remote would not work. The only solution Zeeshan could provide was the model number of the remote so I could purchase a new new from Samsung for $87.95. BUYER BEWARE

I have generally loved my Frame TV - great picture and sound quality, sleek design - but unfortunately it totally stopped working after less than two years of use. The OneConnect box that comes with the TV blew a fuse and I’ve been told it cannot be repaired. Since I’m out of the 1y warranty period, Samsung quoted me a price of $955 for labor (?) and parts to replace the box. After many hours on the phone with Samsung, their only other suggestion was to offer me 10% off a new TV. I was able to find someone local who could order a refurbished OneConnect box for me for $400, so that’s what I’m doing. Moral of the story: $400 to fix a $1000 TV which stopped working after less than two years of use.

Bought just over 2yrs ago, it’s been hanging on the wall via supplied Samsung wall mounts. Within a year the tv’s reaction time when flipping through options and apps had slowed down quite a bit. The internet connection constantly says “connected to internet, no signal”, gotta unplug tv to reset it (this is once or twice a day). The worst thing that’s happened is the screen lighting started malfunctioning a few weeks ago. Half the screen was normal, half was much darker and discolored. Within the the last two days it’s gotten ridiculous, the darker side is beginning to flicker. Long story short, this thing is coming off the wall and we’re getting away from Samsung. Such a let down from what started as a state of the art tv. We have a Samsung washer/dryer too, same kinda bugs and issues. Peace out Samsung.

Pictures is great works great (I use this TV for my computer monitor) everything is configured from the remote! The HDMI Computer configuration is hidden. (Why is it not a visual option on the menu! had to call Samsung. WHY??? I would like to attach a sound bar in the future Once again; I do not see a menu option! It would have been nice to have either ALL the options show up on the screen or written instructions.
