My picture doesn't look as suggested with the product reflection protection I am unable to see the words on the screen when the captions are in and it doesn't respond with my high speed data as it was suggested before I purchased i have to use dim lighting to adjust the picture constantly for smoother picture in daylight

This TV really is ahead of it's time and sweets the bar of what a great TV would have as features. It's super smooth, great contrast and visual display options, no glare what so ever, the responsiveness is quick without any lag, and the brightness is a thing of beauty!
