This tv just quit working and since I didn’t purchase amazons warranty I’ve been left deal with Samsung on my . Talk about a run a round. It’s been close to 3months and still hasn’t been resolved. They now have my broken tv and money. Buyer beware Amazon purchases these items in bulk and the warranty starts when they receive them not when you receive it. Spend the extra money and buy from a local store to save you a big headache.

Love this TV, great picture, smart functions are as expected. Works very well with the Sonos sound system I have. The only issue (which I'll figure a way around soon I'm sure) is how to deactivate the damn function which reacts to the sound of people saying ALEXA. Soon as someone even says ALEX in a show or movie, the whole things switches to the Alexa function which is a pain in the ass. Whatever. It's otherwise excellent.

Wish I knew it would not support amazon photos. It does support prime and a bunch of channels that I will never use. There are channels it will not let me delete from listing that's frustrating. Overall the picture is great and alexa at least works

the Samsung remote sucks. mute and volume on the same button.........what were they thinking. cant' see any of the functions on the remote in a dark room. obviously, this remote never went to testing.

This has a great picture, nice features, generally a great TV. Only issue is that periodically, it locks up using Hulu, and you cannot just restart Hulu, power the TV off/on, etc. You have to unplug the television, and start from scratch.
