We bought 2 Samsung tv few months ago. Replaced old Sony XBR. Remote does not work. TV turns itself off on middle of night. Old Sony was gold. Samsung is bronze.

the television won't turn on. was fine one day and dead the next. samsung won't help. its just a few months past warranty, of course.

After spending $2,797.97, or $3,021.83 after-tax, and only after 14 months of use did our screen become horrible, and almost unbearable to watch. We have four other Samsung televisions (all older) and have never had a problem. We are outside of the return and service period so it appears we are at a loss. I realize some promotions included extended warranties but I would have never thought a previous top-notch company would provide a failed product. Oh, and thanks for Amazon as vendor. I'm heading to Best Buy to buy an LG this weekend.

TV looked great and i was very happy with the design of the One Connect Box. Invested in the proprietary slim wall mount. The 75 inch Q7 died after 14 months, with horizontal lines through the screen. I've read others had this issues as well. Samsung is giving me a partial refund. New model of TV does not work with last years wall mount so I'll have to reinstall that (not easy like they say) Big disappointment and waste of my time.
