I was expecting to take advantage of the HDMI 2.1 for gaming and that is not offered on the 50” model. Would have been NICE to know this beforehand. I love the picture quality though, and I didn’t opt for OLED because I didn’t want to worry about burn-in.

Excellent quality and the TV. There is nothing wrong or bad to say about the TV per se as in the quality of picture. The only thing I can say about it is the volume in itself. The volume in most cases of these flat screen TV's are about the same quality is not that great that's why they have sound bars if you want blaring sound. As for this one, the sound is OK for what I need. I plan on buying another one but a larger size one. I'm not going to down rate just because of the sound. For example, I'm going to tell you about the 42" Samsung TV I bought 10 years ago, which was very popular at the time, and it was over a $1000 on sale for just over $500 so I bought it. I loved it; it had more settings settings than these newer TV's today. I was able to control the sound and how I wanted it such as movie theater quality and many others. You didn't need sound bars.. As TV's get larger, the sound quality goes out then the need for the sound bar.
