First of all why do you not send out a full detailed User Manual with all your products?I then had to call your so called technical Dept who was of no help at all!I told him the sheet that came with our New 2024v55" TV was of no use when trying to set up my TV. I asked the agent several times specific questions but he never answered any of them just kept saying I will send you a link for the manual. In short I would not buy anything off Philips again? And if you will not offer customer support that works I would not recommend you to anyone?

This tv is basic and functional. The ui is not great and the picture quality is alright but nothing like an oled. The remote control is poor with hidden features and weird ways to control the tv. Using a number is very hidden. The tv has a problem tuning terrestrial channels when the signal is strong so I had to buy a variable attenuator for the aerial coaxial cable before the tv would tune in the uk channels. Lg tvs in my house have not had this problem so I think it's a philips issue. Works OK once the signal is attenuated.Internet channels and apps seem to work just fine with a good picture quality. Xbox picture quality is also good.
