Der LG 77" OLED EVO C5 (2025) bietet beeindruckende Bildqualität mit tiefem Schwarz, lebendigen Farben und hoher Helligkeit, wodurch er für dunkle und helle Räume geeignet ist. Das TV-Gerät überzeugt beim Gaming mit 4K 144Hz, VRR und sehr niedriger Latenz. Die Werkskalibrierung ist hervorragend und der breite Betrachtungswinkel ideal für Gruppen. Nachteile sind das geringe Upgrade gegenüber dem C4, das Farbvolumen erreicht nicht QD-OLED-Niveau und die neue Fernbedienung hat keine physische Eingangstaste. Auch direkte Lichtquellen können Spiegelungen verursachen. Insgesamt ein Top-OLED, besonders wenn der Preis sinkt oder der C4 nicht mehr verfügbar ist.

I’m extremely unhappy with my recent TV purchase experience. I paid for an installation service that was never carried out, yet the company still charged me for it. When I raised the issue, customer support refused to refund the installation fee simply because I didn’t report it within five days of delivery. This is unacceptable. If a service is booked and the company fails to provide it, the burden should not be on the customer to chase them — it is the company’s responsibility to ensure the service is delivered or refund the fee. This policy feels unfair, unreasonable, and dismissive of customer rights. Very disappointed.
