Easy to install the doorbell. The camera is good with a wide view. I’m very happy with it.

It works well and even if someone walks by, you are notified.

I was so excited to get my new ring then I discovered it’s not compatible with my updated Internet service. This is an old model and it’s only compatible with 2.4 GHz what a rip off I’m not gonna be taken in by the products being sold because most of the time there’s something wrong with them or there’s something that we’re not aware of.

What can I say, it's a Ring product. They never disappoint. This camera has given my family that added necessary sense of security. The camera provides excellent video and sound quality, not to mention all the features like SOS, and the convenience of checking your front door from your cell phone. Installation was a breeze. The included instructions were very clear and straight forward, also there are so many tutorial videos available that makes installation as easy as 1, 2, 3! I installed my camera and had it up and running in about 10 mins.

This was delivered but I'm return as of Saturday may31. From my understanding I thought it was battery operative. It's not. You have to hook electric to it. I am not paying electrician to do that. Returned they should get by this Saturday so it should be off account. Plus I have to contact Allstate and cancel three year warranty.
