Not told of monthly subscription when buying tried to return it but found it too difficult

Having read mixed reviews, I decided to give the Arli video doorbell a try as my 4 yo Eufy had been given me issues. I was hugely disappointed. My Eufy doorbell even with its problems was far superior in every way. The problems I had with Arlo that I don't have with Eufy are: extremely slow response times on notifications, poor, poor picture quality especially at night, issues in sharing the app with the wife. These are fundamentals that need to be right with any video doorbell but Arlos just doesn't work for me. I've now upgraded to the Eufy s330 and completely blown away! Didn't think quality could get much better but it does.
