Der Philips Series 3000 BG3017/01 ist ein beliebter Bodygroomer, der besonders für seinen hautfreundlichen Scherkopf und das vollständig wasserdichte Design geschätzt wird. Er kann sicher unter der Dusche verwendet werden und liegt dank Gummigriff gut in der Hand. Der Akku hält bis zu 50 Minuten, das Aufladen dauert jedoch relativ lange. Es gibt nur eine Schnittlänge (3 mm), was wenig Flexibilität bietet. Das Gerät ist nicht für Bart oder Kopfhaar geeignet und kann grobe Haare ohne Aufsatz zupfen. Insgesamt eine zuverlässige Wahl für einfache und sichere Körperpflege, aber ohne viele Schnittoptionen.

Only thing I can fault it for is the missing pieces. I didn't get the 5mm head. Other than that it works perfectly for me

I'm impressed with how well this works. Although the shaver is a little bit slow, it just need multiple passes up and down and it shaves just as close as a double edge razer.

There's no doubt that this is very 'safe', they've done a good job of ensuring that you're relatively safe from chafing or pinching of skin. But unfortunately that means that the trade off is that it simply doesn't shave that well, especially if you're not fairly meticulous about ensuring that you're always shaving 'against' the hair direction so that it can scoop underneath the hairs properly. It can be a slightly frustrating experience. I also found that on occasion it would pull/yank the hair rather than cutting it, which was a bit painful. Overall I think the value is reasonable for the product, and its fairly ergonomic to hold and well made, but just not the best tool for the job. Final note - It doesn't come with a plug adapter for the charger so bear that in mind.
