I bought this Phillips 3000 series shaver after reading reviews on the product, over the last 10 years I’ve used a Panasonic razor, well to say the least the 3000 doesn’t even come close to giving a good shave, it seems to have no power in the blades I’ve tried using it first thing in the morning and then in the afternoon and it makes no difference to the cut, you have to go over the area a number of times to get even clos to a good shave. When I first switched it on I thought I’d done something wrong as the sound of the blades were very slow but I double checked, I hadn’t missed anything.The build quality seemed to be good quality but the performance was very poor, sorry to say I won’t be buying another Phillips shaver I’ll go back to my old ways

I've gone from having a standard wet shave twice a week to having to use this razor every day. The razor never leaves me feeling like I've had a shave at all. I've tried both wet and dry options but they still leave me feeling like I need to shave again. I am not impressed at all with the results and would not recommend it to anyone

As a razor, the 3000 is totally useless. Much better using a bic or similar plastic razor.

Very disappointed in this razor. Cannot believe how slow the blades rotate. After fully charging the razor, it still sounds like it needs to be charged to full capacity. The shave is not very close and requires going over the same area many times. Expected a lot better results from this razor. Again, the biggest disappointment is the speed of the blade rotation after being fully charged. As many reviewers have experienced the same issue, Philips should be able to do better than this.
