Purchased just over a month ago. Well designed, quiet shaver giving adequate shave. Trimmer is excellent. Battery life is sadly way below par. Claimed 54 minutes is a joke. More like 20 minutes at best and ten in cold conditions. Also, it just dies without warning. To be safe, put on charge every other day.

Reasonable shave but rubbish battery life, loses it's charge after a couple of days. When I bought it, it seemed to fit the bill but the lack of retaining a charge really lets it down. My little Phillishave that I have had for years kept it's charge for several months and was long lasting but unfortunately died altogether.

I charged it fully before using it. Nevertheless the battery was flat after 4-5 days/shaves; this happened three times in a row. So I handed it back to the seller for repair or replacement. They gave me a new one, same problem. The battery goes flat in about 5 days, even without shaving It is cheap stuff, not worth the time to go to the shop again. I'll keep it connected all the time and hope it will keep going until the blades will be worn out
