We replaced our old "a bit more" toaster with this new purchase, and we are disappointed. Brand new toaster and it only toasts on one side of the bread. So we have to flip the bread around and use the bit more feature to get the other side browned.

Still getting used to all of the options but sure enjoy having them all! Especially like the bagel and the frozen choices so item can come out just right!

This is the second Breville toaster we’ve owned. This toaster lightly toasts the bread, even when on the highest setting. It also toasts inconsistently.

I did a lot of research when buying a toaster and while $100 seemed like a lot, I took the chance because I generally am very happy with Breville products. They tend to be a little pricey, but the quality is high. I’m afraid I’m in the camp of people who are experiencing that it only toasts on one side and then you have to flip over the toast or bagel to toast the other side. Very disappointed.

Attractive, great features, reliable, and well-worth the purchase price.
