I bought this for a gift so I can't review the performance but I can tell you I picked it because you can leave it on two different toast settings for 2 different people. It also is a very nice looking toaster.

I bought this a few weeks ago to replace my tired old toaster and couldn't be happier! It does a great job with English muffins toast or whatever you put in it. It's a great toaster for sure, and a good value !!

Bought this for my mother. It was on sale and I had a 40% off coupon that I used. Otherwise I would have purchased on Amazon since it was $60 everyday. I was lucky it was on sale because I would not pay $100 for this toaster

This purchase was a replacement from the previous same model, which started burning toast in one slot after about 1 year. Normally I would not repurchase such a product, however I like the front panel selection buttons, especially for bagels. The new toaster is working well right now, after about 2 weeks of use. Pros: Nice looking. His and hers 2-slice sides; good for keeping cinnamon toast flavor away from real toast. Good front buttons for bagels, cancel. Extra-height lift lever for grabbing the toast. Cons: Slots are medium-wide, could be wider for toasting whole sandwiches in silicone toaster bags. Same is true for the length of the slots. Toaster bags and long pieces of bread struggle to fit. The crumb trays are small and crumbs collect above the trays, requiring taking to toaster to the sink and shaking upside down to clean. Length of product life may be an issue.
