I bought the 738 ink which is recommended on the HP website for the xt950 MFP printer. It was not compatible and the printer would not accept it. Customer service explained that I needed a special ink 738M because I bought my printer from a dealer. Cartridge looks the same just different programming in the chip. So, $9,000 on a printer and I can't even buy ink directly from HP. Had to wait another week for ink and my customers had to wait too. In general, DON"T BUY AN HP!!

Didn’t work right out of the box. No one can fix it via support and the only day they can send a replacement is a day I am traveling. Life doesn’t work like that…

Not a bad plotter, just a pity its impossible to get ink for it!
