This product has great features of which I am yet to test noting its only day 1.

Not sure how people have had issues setting up, it was simple out of the box and connect to the wifi in the office and then everyone had access. PCs did need to install the epson software but that was no drama, and all works as intended. Easy to setup email service on the printer and also setup scanning to office computers directly.

Overall a great printer, however, very costly to find an ecotank printer which offer duplex adf scanning.

Wow have not regretted buying the printer. It is highly recommended for a small office. Love it. Works brilliantly and very ecomonicial.
