Unfortunately, this toner wasn't the right one. It was incompatible with my printer, even though it looked the same. Samsung apparently make a difference between cartridges to different areas, which I was not aware of when I ordered. It would have been nice if the sender had known this and not accepted the order kin the first place, but they may have been as ignorant as I was of Samsung's tricks. They are not to blame: Samsung is.

I find it strange that Samsung does not allow black and white printing on a color printer if one of the colors is out. With both the settings set to black and white and the printer set to black and white, with a 80% black cartridge level, I could not print a sheet until the magenta was replaced.
