The cartridges arrived with an expired date and the cartridge box had already been partially opened, probably due to storage conditions. This being the case, the cartridge was accepted by the printer without any problems. However, when you buy from LDLC, you can expect the expiry date to be at least as late as when you receive the cartridge, or even to have a few months left to run.

Would give a zero rating if I could. Amazon AU sent this Australian customer a NON-COMPATIBLE product. This was not mentioned on the product page... Bought ink multipack well in advance. Went to change the yellow, only to find cartridge is compatible only for Europe Russia CIS Middle East and Africa. WHY SELL TO AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS? Too late for refund now, apparently. Almost AU$300 down the drain. Very unhappy.

I have an HP copier/fax/printer and unfortunately these cartridges are expensive and are not always available at other locations. I continue to purchase these for my business and was grateful not only to get the best price for an XL cartridge but also not required to purchase it along with a black cartridge. It would be an additional advantage if the cartridge were tax free throughout the year when purchased for business. One other retailer offers this item tax free for businesses. Thanks for the opportunity, Emma!
