Able to set up eventually and attach to two laptops and one desktop, but not yet felt strong enough to attach to iPhones and iPads which apparently is possible. Too early to really comment on ease of use.

Had this printer for about a month now. Works well, print quality is very good and plenty of usable features. One of the reasons I purchased this one was the 2yrs ink offer. Registered for the free ink and used the printer thinking that the ink situation was all taken care of. Sadly when the first free ink was due, I got an email informing me that due to Covid 19 HP could not supply any ink. I fully appreciate the global situation but the virus was with us long before I purchased the printer. Might be worth taking into consideration that ink may very well NOT be sent when you expect it to be. As I said though, great printer.

I’m now well into my second hour of setup. Setup involves your instruction booklet, the Hp app and the printer digital display. Moving from step to step is unintuitive And the printer will not connect to my wireless network. Backup wires are not provided and HP do not provide a customer help telephone number. Will be sending this straight back to

The ink supplies ran out in one day and they have advised no more ink is available, so having to send printer back.

This is a great little printer. It's quite sleek and compact. Print quality is great, not yet tested photo prints. Bought the printer so I could print work for the kids and this printer connects to all devices without any issues. Prints double sided without having to feed the paper back in manually which is great! Highly recommended printer and John Lewis service was great as usual - first one I received seemed to be damaged internally and this was swapped with no hassle. Comes with 2 years of free prints but also managed to get a further 2 months free. Just enter FREEINK and T9Pht separately in the "special offers" section on the billing page when choosing your plan. I would recommend signing up for the 300 pages during the 2 Free months and before your 2 months ends, just drop back down to the 100 (or even 50 prints to get more than 2 years of prints).
