TERRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCT. Lasted 3 months and then started printing terrible. Had to use extended warranty that I purchased from a 3rd party. Warranty only lasted 30 days. This is definitely a disappointing purchase. And definitely not as advertised, "Like New". "Like New" should last longer than 3 months.

Just an awesome machine. Does everything required of it. It would be perfect if it had an owners manual with it.

I already own the exact same printer but needed another for my office. The one I purchased through Amazon works, but not to my expectations. It is extremely noisy, like something internal is about to break, and there are lines through every copy it prints. I did not have time to return it.

The Dell MFP Laser Printer 1815dn handles almost all the basics well, and it adds some uncommon and noteworthy features for fax and e-mail.

Printer works extremely well in meeting my needs economical as to disposables. I have HP InkJet for color needs use Dell in most applications. It was some difficult for me to set up due my needs to have it wireless & networking to three computers.
