The keyboard is good enough in terms of feel. The keypress is quite tactile and light. However: * The trackball is too small and is not very precise to use * when the trackball wears, it tends to scoll unevenly, sometimes going up and down but not side to side. This is a poor design * worst of all, there is no "Windows" key hence you need to press CTRL+ESC simultaneously * Delete button is badly placed Really cannot recommend. Not up to Cherry's usual standard.

Als glücklicher Besitzer einer Cherry G803000-LFADE, welche tatsächlich noch diese Tastenmodule besitzt, die - wie der Rezensient "rgaab" richtig meinte - durchaus mit der IBM Model M vergleichbar sind, war ich von der G84-4400 ein wenig enttäuscht: Kein Druckpunkt, kein Klick, sondern die gleiche "Linear"-Haptik, wie bei der Cherry G84-4100LCMDE-2 Tastatur USB schwarz (DE) . Zwar deutlichst präziser und angenehmer bedienbar als der anderswo übliche Gummimatten- Schrott, aber irgendwie nicht so ganz das Erwartete. Dafür fehlen aber hier zum Glück die störenden Windowstasten.
