Das iPad Mini 7 (2024) überzeugt durch sein kompaktes Format und geringes Gewicht, was es ideal für unterwegs oder als Zweitgerät neben dem Smartphone macht. Der A17 Pro-Chip sorgt für schnelle Leistung im Alltag, beim Gaming und Multitasking. Der Akku hält problemlos einen ganzen Tag und das 8,3-Zoll-Display ist hell und angenehm zum Lesen oder Videoschauen. Nachteile sind das Fehlen eines 120Hz-Displays, wodurch das Scrollen weniger flüssig ist als bei teureren iPads, sowie der relativ hohe Preis. Es gibt zudem nur wenige echte Neuerungen gegenüber der Vorgängergeneration und Touch ID wirkt etwas altmodisch. Für alle, die ein kleines, leistungsstarkes Tablet suchen, bleibt dies jedoch die beste Wahl.

I got this to use as an e-book reader. It is a convenient size and works well. This is a typical Apple product with good design and build. However, it has all of the Apple ecosystem foibles which may or may not be a problem for some people. The specs are high end with a fast processor and excellent screen. It costs a lot more than a Samsung tablet, but the additional features are worth it to me.
