The first Kindle Fire had a smashed glass. There were pieces of glass all over the frame. The second Kindle arrived without damage. I appreciate the fast service getting me the second Kindle. I really like the Kindle as it is easier to use than the IPad.

the package seal was damaged upon arrival. the packaging box was damaged, torn in the corner and bent in the center. I expect better care for the packaging with a product that cost $200
