Roland JD-Xi Interaktiver Analog/Digital-Crossover-Synthesizer

I got one because a friend has one and I was very impressed. It's really versatile. I am not a keyboard player or synth expert, but reading the manuals/watching the tutorials overcomes any initial apprehension. Having drum machines, analog and 2 digital synths gives a pretty full range of possibilities. The sound quality is excellent, and variations pretty limitless. Out of the box presets are very good - some are a bit 'out there'/annoying even, but it just illustrates the possibilities. Great product - even though its been around for years.

Für mich als Einsteiger ist dieses Gerät sehr gut geeignet, um erste Erfahrungen mit Klangsynthese zu machen. Ein sehr positives Feature ist der USB-Anschluss. Ich brauche keine aufwendige Verkabelung, da MIDI Daten und Ton über USB übertragen werden. Leider ist das Display mit zwei Zeilen viel zu klein, um komfortabel Klangsynthese zu betreiben. Ich habe zum Glück eine kostenlose 3rd Party Software gefunden, die zwar noch in der Entwicklung ist, mir aber jetzt schon hervorragende Dienste leistet. : Ein klasse kleiner Synthesizer, der durchaus sein Geld wert ist.

Includes drum machine, analog monosynth, and 2 digital polysynths. A great machine for getting that classic Roland sound. The synth REALLY gets good after loading in the new JD-Xi 2024 Ultimate Patches. This is the only Roland synth that uses true analog - so this is a great value for the money and the only way to get that real Roland analog vibe, unless you spend a lot on a vintage 80s synth from Roland.

Excellent quality for a relatively small instrument. Roland synthesizer as its best.
