the brush that comes with this cleaner is very hard to use, it sticks to the hard floor, with a rasping sound. as for a carpet the arm and shoulder is nearly pulled out of the socket trying to push it! You also have to bend your back to put push it. This cleaner is very hard work to use. I'm not at all pleased with it. Please do something about this brush.
