Velcro failed in 3 months. Strap will just flap now. Really only used for basketball in clean area, so no excuse.

My 1st grade son loved the look of these basketball shoes, and we appreciated the price, but the velcro wore off well before the life of the shoe. My son only wore these only for basketball games and practices and the velcro quit attaching mid season. Highly recommend getting shoes with laces for basketball.

My son loved the shoe, but the Velcro starts wearing out (ie doesn’t stick) way before the life of the shoe is done.

Fit is true to size and they are good quality as far as comfort and performance but the Velcro wears out fast (3 months for us) if you’re using them as a daily shoe.
