Die PS5 Slim bietet die gleiche hervorragende Leistung wie die ursprüngliche PS5, aber in einem kleineren, kompakteren Gehäuse. Mit einer 1-TB-SSD und zwei USB-C-Anschlüssen vorne ist das tägliche Nutzungserlebnis verbessert. Das wechselbare Laufwerk ist praktisch für Nutzer, die später physische Medien nutzen möchten. Nachteile sind die weiterhin begrenzte DualSense-Akku-Laufzeit, die zusätzlichen Kosten für den vertikalen Ständer und das Fehlen neuerer Wi-Fi-Standards. Für Nutzer ohne PS5 ist dies eine hervorragende Wahl; für bestehende Besitzer ist ein Upgrade weniger sinnvoll.

I've been a PlayStation fan since the first one, but I held back on buying this version, as I couldn't justify the price, without the platform having any of my favourite games. That changed this year, so I made the upgrade. The device is bigger than expected, but the fact that it is backward compatible with the PS4 games, makes it worthwhile.
