My sound bar arrived broken in half. I have to send back. Wait for a refund. Order a new one. Call Samsung back to get the promotional price difference. And hope the new one arrives in good condition. On what planet does this work? The burden is 2000% on the customer. I expect more from them. Maybe a month from now I can submit a review for the product itself.
