It was essential to me to choose a single-unit soundbar. There are only two companies in the world who I'd trust to make a powerful yet controlled bass in that form factor, and only one of them makes soundbars. I am so happy I trusted JBL/Harman on this – they delivered absolutely physics defying sound. And all of that at a very attractive price. Sounds like an ad, but it's true.

I've had the JBL Bar for several weeks now and am very impressed. It's easy to use and very good sound quality - incredibly clear.

Very disappointing experience with a soundbar. Think a speaker may have been faulty (distorted lower-mid/bass playback across all inputs and EQ settings), HDMI/ARC issues, app was unpredictable. Returns was a tester, required multiple calls with a support team that only work to a script and won't answer anything outside of it. I'd advise at the very least against buying directly from the manufacturer.

More than decent at the price I paid (£160), but would perhaps have been a little disappointed at full price. The Dolby Atmos imaging isn't amazing but to be fair it's not got upward-firing speakers. Good little soundbar and am very pleased with it overall. A huge upgrade on the TV speakers. Very, very easy to set up and use, however, so big plus there. Would recommend.
