Dell Sb725 Soundbar

(1) Soundbar held to monitor by magnets but keeps dropping off! (2) Stereo sound not clear or powerful. (3) Dell would not let me use the $30 or so in credits that had expired the week before. (4) Dell dropped 2 of my follow up calls (5) Dell had me on hold a long time. (6) I could not understand the accent of two of the Dell representatives I spoke with. (7) One representative from Dell PROMISED a call back - but never did.

I have it on the TV in my bedroom and hey it was just about free so I love it

This is a pretty nice addition to a Dell monitor without speakers. The soundbar connects to the bottom of certain Dell monitors with magnets. The microphone is pretty good and the speaker is adequate.

This soundbar was basically a plug and play. I absolutely love how easy it was to install with the magnet attachment slots. It has fantastic sound and works by using the touch controls either on soundbar or keyboard. It was nice to remove and be able to get rid of my old style speakers which freed up space on my desk.

I'm using a full Dell setup—laptop, docking station, monitor , speaker, etc. After two weeks, 10+ emails, and three phone calls totaling over four hours, I have gotten no answers. Dell support does not seem familiar with this product or with the Dell UltraSharp monitors. After all the troubleshooting, the final answer I was given, word for word was : "Please note that the monitor you are connecting to requires an upstream cable, but the monitor does not have a port for this cable."
